A Secluded Oasis

This is the ultimate relaxation spot. Sip a drink in the hot tub, rent a ski boat and enjoy the smooth Florida water, or just fish from the dock.Even though we are a lake house, we are located in an urban environment and are surrounded by everything a city has to offer. It's more suited for adults than kids, although, there's plenty for kids to do once you get here.The property is gated at the front and fenced in on both sides for your privacy.

Guests will get a gate code and a keypad code.

Pontoon Boat available for 10 seats, with bluetooth speakers for :
- 2 hours, $300
- 4 hours, $450
- 8 hours, $550
Paddle boards are available upon request.
Things to consider for young children: there are uneven steps, a spiral staircase, a pool without a barrier and easy access to the open lake.

This is an older lake house that has been renovated. It is not a 5-star resort, so if perfection is expected then perhaps a hotel or resort may be a better alternative.
